Wingzup was pleased to host Albert A. Nofi, PhD, author of The Blue & Gray Almanac: The Civil War in Facts & Figures, Recipes & Slang, and Col. Austin Bay, PhD, author of Cocktails from Hell: Five Complex Wars Shaping the 21st Century, for an impromptu book signing in early 2019. Never a dull conversation at the bar when our regulars are foremost experts on topics in military history.
Wings are offered six ways (original, golden, boneless, grilled, country, smoked), and there are a whopping 24 sauces and two dry rubs to choose from. But the crew of bartenders and daytime regulars really give this place its flavor.
